mezon PHP Service Transport: Implements service and application transport logic

This package implements service and application transport logic.

It provides a base class that implements all the logic to combine components necessary to create services or applications. Currently it can:

- Call a security provider class to filter the values of request parameters
- Get the name of a service handler that is configured to implement a given request method
- Create user sessions
- Add routes that can handle request methods
- Load routes from configuration
- Run the routing process for the current request
- Fetch actions associated to a given route
